Yes! In typical NaNoWriMo Style I managed to pull almost 5,000 words out of my butt and finished with hours to spare!

I'm so relieved! Particularly after the unpleasantness of a couple of weeks ago when I lost nearly 10,000 words worth of work. Although in typical Moose-style I stretched the plot out a lot and our lovable ( Read more... )

11:43pm: At the Mission Australia thing, we learnt all about making cover letters and improving our resumes, I have to get to work on fixing up mine and hopefully it'll help me get myself a job. Fingers and toes crossed!

10:54pm: So I decided to make cupcakes this evening for no real reason at all, I didn't get buttermilk though because you can't get small cartons so I put some lemon juice in regular milk - the internet suggested I'd do it, so I'll have to see if it worked at all, if not...er whoops ( Read more... )

10:42pm: The Professor got back to me, seems he was away on a conference or something, but he rang me up this evening and answered my questions. I think I may manage to get this project plan done without it being a complete suckfest. Fingers crossed.
